Why is there a difference between the advertised price in KRW and the checkout price in USD for recharge plans, and how can it be resolved?
Kimchi Mobile acknowledges the concern regarding the price difference between the advertised recharge plan price in Korean Won and the actual price charged in US Dollars at checkout. However, the exchange rates, transaction fees, tax, and other additional charges incurred during the recharge process are beyond their control and set by the payment gateway provider.
We recommend recharging credit directly using the Eyes Mobile Customer center, which will allow recharging in Korean Won with no difference and avoid additional charges.
