I don't want to use the SIM anymore, how can I cancel the service?

With a prepaid SIM card, there is no need for explicit cancellation. If your credit recharge fails, the service will be automatically terminated. However, if you wish to continue using the SIM card, it is important to recharge the credit within 30 days.

Please note, as you’ve received a free upgrade this term, attempting to transfer the prepaid cell phone number before it has been in use for 92 days would violate the conditions and result in a penalty of 30 USD.”
