I am an EPIK teacher but haven't received my SIM card
Please note that the Korvia EPIK team can only send the SIM card to those who answered "yes" in the survey prior to NOA shipping. If EPIK has decided to send your NOA directly, the Korvia EPIK team will not be able to send your SIM card in advance.
To obtain your SIM card, you have two options:
1. Visit the Korvia office: You can personally visit the Korvia office to collect your SIM card.
2. Meet the Korvia EPIK team at Incheon Airport: If you are attending the EPIK orientation, our team will be available at Incheon Airport during the EPIK orientation shuttle bus check-in. You can meet them there to collect your SIM card.
