Yes, you can use your phone number to get a PCCC for customs. A postpaid SIM card is not required for ID verification of PCCC. You can simply update your ARC for your prepaid SIM card.
However, it is important to ensure that your name is written correctly when you verify it. We have sent you an email regarding the update of your ID.
